All of the company’s products are sold for the exclusive purpose of growing culinary herbs, fruits, and vegetables only. These items are meant to be used in accordance with all applicable laws of your country or region. It is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN to use any product obtained from this website in an illegal manner, or a manner other than for which the product was intended. It is illegal to use products purchased from this website to grow illegal plants, and the use therefore is strictly forbidden. Fullbloom does NOT endorse the growing of illegal plants, and expressly reserves its right not to sell its products to customers who make known that their intent is to use the product for illegal purposes. The company highly discourages customers from making verbal or written inquiries pertaining to the growing of illegal crops and shall not respond to any such inquiries. The company warrants customers to use all of the company’s products for their intended purpose, and expressly indemnifies the company from any and all liability arising from the illegal use or misuse of the company’s products.

6. Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Fullbloom reserves the right after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and at any time. Fullbloom is not responsible for any fees incurred by the buyer as a result of any purchase or attempted purchase, regardless of the reason(s) for the fees. This includes but is not limited to; bounced check fees, duties, taxes, credit card fees, overdraft fees, over-limit fees, and conversion rates. Orders shipped to various states may be subject to their respective state’s sales tax. Such tax will be added to the order without notice.
7. Sales Tax:
Sales tax may apply if your order is being shipped to any state within the United States of America. Additionally, any item being shipped to you from the State of Oregon may be subject to the current Oregon state sales tax. 8. International Orders:
For all orders that are shipped outside of the United States of America, the customer is responsible for any and all international taxes, service charges, tariffs, duties and/or import fees which may be imposed. No order may be canceled or charged back as a result of the imposition of any international taxes, service charges, tariffs, duties and/or import fees. As an international customer, you acknowledge sole and FULL responsibility for all international duties, tariffs and/or import fees, and understand and expressly agree that Fullbloom will not issue any refund under any circumstance at all relating, be it either directly or indirectly, to the imposition of any such international duties, taxes, service charges, tariffs and/or import fees.
Due to the extensive equipment, hours of labor and high cost of shipping used to produce a greenhouse, we are currently unable to provide a refund once production has begun. We strive for perfection with every order and will work with you regarding any of your concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We want to earn your repeat business and continue our pattern of reputable success.
For non-greenhouses items (accessories, fans, heaters, etc…) we are accepting limited returns. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging. Customers will be responsible for payment of return freight and industry standard 40% restocking fee upon receipt.
Special Notes on Orders:
If you do not see the item or price that you were quoted, you may still place the order by e-mailing us your information or by calling us, toll free, at 1-888-725-4769. All orders are subject to verification once received. Please note that web orders may take up to 5 business days to process. We reserve the right, without further notice and at our discretion, to upgrade your ordered item to a part of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. There is a $50.00 - $100.00 fee if you are not available to accept delivery for a freight order on a scheduled delivery date. The fee varies depending on the freight company, as each company has different policies. Fullbloom is charged the fee by the freight company in order to attempt a second delivery; It is the customer’s responsibility to pay Fullbloom for all fees incurred during the shipping and delivery process. There will be additional fees if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful. Fullbloom will contact the customer before charging the delivery fee. If Fullbloom is unable to reach the customer within 24 hours, we will charge your original form of payment.
Light Trap Storage:
Prior to mounting, do not leave light traps lying flat on a heated surface or in an enclosed area, and/or in direct sunlight as this may cause damage to the plastic fins.

3. Electronic Marketing and Order Communication:
When working with product warranties, the best source of information is the manufacturer. Here is some basic information provided to us from the manufacturers about their most common warranties. If you think you need to file a warranty claim, give us a call. We will be able to start the process with you or even take care of it on your behalf.
J&D Manufacturing, which produce the fan motors in our products, provides a one year warranty on all products inspected and proven to be defective. That offer only applies to the original purchaser and does not cover normal wear and tear, return delivery or other incidental damages and losses.
Link4 produces all the automated components for our greenhouse kits. They provide their “Sterling Protection Program” which will help to keep your purchase functioning at an optimal capacity. Every customer receives the following for one year: free 24/7 phone support and training as well as software and firmware upgrades.
Please note: There is absolutely no warranty offered on standard greenhouse poly due to how easy they are to tear. Only the solar rig greenhouse poly comes with a warranty that is available direct from the manufacturer.
